We're looking for a Master Scheduler withproven experience of solving complex problems, who thrives working as part of a team to push boundaries and is passionate about leveraging technology to produce world-class outcomes for critical defence and national security customers.Develop and maintain a detailed project master schedule, including all project activities, dependencies, and milestones.Ensure the schedule is integrated with other project management processes.Monitor schedule performance and provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders.NV2 clearance is a minimum requirement for this environmentMinimum 5 years of experience as a project schedulerExperience working with Agile environments and methodologiesKnowledge of project management methodologies and stage gates (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)Proven experience in project scheduling and resource planningProficiency with Microsoft Project or a similar project management toolExperience with MS Office Suite, MS Visio, and MS Project.Previous experience in establishing and maturing a scheduling capability within an organisation.Exposure to reporting using Power BI or similar reporting tools.As a result of a secured engagement with one of our National Security partners, Helix requires a Master Scheduler to join us on a long-term contract (12 months with expected extensions).
