or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within a technology or defense environment.Proven track record of implementing Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement processes.Strong knowledge of ISO **** and other relevant quality standards.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and leadership abilities.Nice to haveExperience with electronic systems or defense technology.Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQM).
