Power Equipment Pty Ltd is looking for a passionate, customer-focused skilled to join our Spare Parts team on a fixed-term contract through to June ****, covering a period of parental leave.
In this rapid-paced and rewarding role, you'll work closely with our National Dealer Network and an experienced team to deliver outstanding service, provide timely solutions, and help ensure our customers have the parts they need to keep their businesses operating at their best.Responsibilities include, but are not limited toAnswer high volume enquiries via phone and emailProcessing and following up customer orders, quotes and telephone enquiriesManaging customer expectations and investigation of ordersSupport Internal staffEnsure complaints are resolved or escalated when requiredAdministration tasks,



including data entry order and account reconciliationAdditional tasks in the scope of the Spare Parts Department as requiredTo excel in this role, we are looking for the following skills2 years customer service experienceAbility to handle high volume in a fast-paced environmentCustomer focused mindsetFriendly and professional customer service mannerStrong verbal and written communication skillsHigh Attention to detailWhat's in it for you?
