Your main responsibilities will include nurturing relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, builders, designers, industry partners, and professional painters to convert leads into lasting and profitable business opportunities.

What you'll do
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key influencers in the industry.
Identify and pursue current business opportunities aligned with the state strategy.

Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the commercial sector.
Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.




Strong understanding of the trade commercial landscape and relevant stakeholders.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have
Experience in the paint or coatings industry.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Skills & tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Solid analytical skills for market assessment and opportunity identification.
