Our team, however, will be moving to brand new, purpose-built premises currently under construction at Officer South.
There is also work from home flexibility available.
Reporting to the National Customer Service Manager, this role is central to the smooth execution of customer enquiries, and orders from receipt through to delivery.You will manage day-to-day order processing and customer coordination, working closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness and a high level of service for our customers.




This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who enjoys supporting customers with great service, has a positive, solution-based approach, a good problem solver and stays across the detail.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage customer orders via EDI, email and customer portalsRespond to customer enquiries, delivery issues and complaints professionallyLiaise with logistics, warehouse and supply chain teams to resolve issuesMonitor inventory levels and proactively flag potential risksMaintain Credit, Service and Warranty claims.Support operational activities such as product launchesAbout YouExperience in customer operations, order processing or high-volume customer serviceStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing prioritiesFriendly, professional, and customer-first attitudeComfortable working with MYOB and Microsoft ExcelOrganised, reliable and adaptable in a manufacturing environment
