Your experience with big behaviours isn't just helpful — it's valuedAssisting with daily living, community access and meaningful routines supporting people in meaningful, practical, everyday waysHelping participants develop skills, independence, and confidenceContributing to long‐term improvements in quality of lifeSupporting with Personal Care is a mandatory part of this roleYou'll be supporting people at one of our sites in the hills district and in the community, helping them build confidence, skills, and independence.To be successful in this role, you'll need:Experience in disability support (NDIS or related sector)Mandatory personal care, Driving Mini Busses and Driving company vehiclesConfidence working with behaviours that may challengeReliability,
showing up when you're needed mattersNDIS Worker Screening CheckWorking With Children CheckFirst Aid & CPR certificationSome moments are simple.
