We are looking for a motivated person to join our practice Full Time (Part time can be considered) in an experienced position who understands that caring for the practice patients is as important as your professional skillset.
The right candidate will need to demonstrate exceptional commitment to patient care and have the motivation to drive and develop the centre.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing outstanding level of customer service and strong skill level on all aspects of Medical Secretarial role including telephone manner and face to face interaction
Meet and greet patients
Answering telephones
Diary management
Management of consulting days/clinics.
Invoicing and receipting
Setting up consulting rooms
Have the ability to work autonomously
General administration and office duties
Liaising with other medical practices
End of day reconciliation and banking




Experience using medical software –Genie
Audio-typing
IT savvy with great troubleshooting skills and ad hoc duties as required by the surgeons
Travelling with surgeons (if needed) to different practice locations
To be successful in this role it is essential you can demonstrate:
Previous experience in a Specialist Medical Practice (ENT – highly desirable)
A professional approach to work, with exceptional customer care and service skills
Flexible in you approach to all aspects of the Practice and strong attention to detail and great organisational skills with a can-do attitude
Well developed time management skills and ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
Own a car licence to travel to practice locations (if needed)
Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential
