This role will primarily focus on paving repairs and general maintenance within a commercial sporting precinct, as well as across other client sites.What You'll DoCarry out paving works,



including grouting and caulkingPerform timber deck repairs and maintenanceUndertake retaining wall maintenance and repairsComplete concreting works and minor asphalt repairsPerform general maintenance and repair tasks across multiple sitesRespond promptly and effectively to maintenance requestsRead and interpret plans, drawings, and specificationsMaintain a clean, protected, and compliant worksite in line with WHS requirementsTeam player with a positive attitudeHigh attention to detail and pride in workmanshipStrong work ethic and reliabilityWhat You'll BringCertificate III in Landscape Construction or relative field (desirable)3+ years' hands on experience in landscaping and/or general maintenance (required)Exposure to facilities and commercial environments (desirable)Ability to use mobile apps such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Fergus or similar JMS (desirable)White CardValid driver's licenceWhat We OfferFully equipped company vehicle, tools and mobile phoneTraining and developmentOvertime opportunities + RDOsThank you in advance and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
