confident and reliable person to join our team in a Production Team Leader position at our Commercial laundry in the Mulgrave Branch.The Production Team Leader is responsible to provide team leadership to a group of production workers who make up the heart of our business; key in delivering to our customer's expectations.The Production team works hard to meet efficiency standards that ensure we are able to deliver our customer orders on time and in full each and every day.The day-to-day responsibilities of Production Team Leader include:Allocate work to team members to meet the requirements of the production scheduleMonitor product quality and take action as requiredEnsure safety requirements are adhered toEnsure company policies and procedures are being adhered toLiaise with other Team Leaders to ensure daily schedules are metTo be successful as a Production Team Leader, you'll need the following key skills and experience:Ability to lead a team to meet the requirements of the production scheduleAble to stand for long periodsReasonable level of personal fitness to meet the demands of the jobExperience in a Production environmentExperience as a Team Leader/Supervisor is desired but not requiredPeople management and mentoring skillsWhile previous commercial/industrial laundry experience will be highly regarded, it is not essential for this role.You may have previously worked as a process worker, pick/packer or in a hospital/hospitality workplace that involved cleaning or laundry duties.Please note that you must have valid work rights and covid vaccinations to be eligible for the role and that we do not accept unsolicited assistance from agencies.
