Accounts Officer / Contractor AdministratorHome Delivery Services (HDS) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Officer to join our finance team, reporting directly to the Financial Controller.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has positive attitude with solid accounts payable and receivable experience who wants to broaden their exposure across client invoicing, contractor payments, reporting, and general ledger support in a fast-paced logistics environment.You'll work closely with the CFO, Financial Controller, and wider finance team, while also engaging with contractors, clients, operations, and auditors - making this a genuinely collaborative, commercially engaged role.What You'll Be DoingProcessing weekly client invoicing (automated and manual), resolving data issues and client requirementsProcessing weekly line haul invoicesPreparing and processing weekly contractor RCTIs in Xero, reconciling contractor payments against client invoicingManaging and resolving contractor payment queriesReporting on weekly line haul and storage costs,
