About the Role
We’re looking for an experiencedAutomotive Spray Painterto join our Geelong North team on a full-time basis.
In this role, you’ll deliverconsistent colour matching and premium-quality finishesin a busy, well-structured production workplace.
Key responsibilities include:
Spray painting vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards
Accurate colour matching and blending
Managing the prep-to-paint process
Maintaining paint booth cleanliness and WHS compliance
Meeting productivity and efficiency targets
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing (or equivalent)
Minimum3+ years’ experienceas an Automotive Spray Painter
Strong knowledge ofwaterborne and solvent-based paint systems
Experience in a collision repair or panel shop environment
You’ll also bring:
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
A commitment to consistently high-quality finishes
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, team environment
Willingness to grow your skills, includingI-CAR® or similar training
