This opportunity offers flexibility, with the option of full-time hours or temporary shift-based work depending on your availability.This is a unique role suited to someone who is comfortable working in an environment that involves handling deceased pets and supporting memorial preparation services.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate personalised keepsakes such as clay, ink and digital paw prints, fur clippings, and memorial itemsPlace ashes into urns, wooden boxes and jewellery, ensuring accuracy and qualityPrepare pets for viewings with care and respectCoordinate engraving and quality control of keepsake productsMaintain accurate records and data entry using internal systemsAssist with stock control, warehouse duties and deliveriesUphold high standards of hygiene, safety,



and WH&S; complianceProvide compassionate and qualified customer service, including handling phone enquiriesExperience in animal care, healthcare, funerals, veterinary clinics, or similar service-based environments will be highly regarded.Skills & ExperienceNaturally compassionate with a calm and respectful approachStrong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanshipComfortable with hands on tasks and standing for extended periodsPhysically fit and able to lift moderate weightsConfident using computer systems and MS OfficeReliable, team oriented, and values drivenQ Fever vaccination (required or willingness to obtain)Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply.
