Our purpose is to provide insights and services that enable our clients to achieve positive outcomes.About the roleBower Insights is seeking a Project Co-ordinator to join our team in a full-time capacity to support the delivery of a range of client projects.
The Project Co-ordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of various projects within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets.
Initially, this will include the management of an archaeological salvage program as a key client project.We're looking for people with the right personal qualities and mindset, supported by an appropriate skill set.
While experience in the development sector is valued, it's not essential.
Your ability to collaborate, adapt, and contribute meaningfully matters most.Key responsibilitiesLead end-to-end project management across multiple initiativesDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and other project management documents and toolsMonitor progress and proactively address risks or delaysEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned and administered in accordance with business objectives and contractual arrangementsCoordinate and communicate effectively with internal and market-facing stakeholders, including clients, consultants,
and contractorsProject administration and coordinationPrepare regular status reports and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.About youDemonstrated minimum 2 years' experience in relevant consulting rolesProfessional certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent well regardedStrong organisational and administration skillsExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsProficient in MS Office, MS Project, and other project management software and toolsAdvisory experience in the property development or housing sectors beneficialAbility to operate both autonomously (with minimal supervision) and in agile team environmentsHold a current Australian drivers' licenceWhy Bower Insights?
