This role is required to efficiently and effectively coordinate the administration process of Mimosa Homes' customers throughout the entire build process and communicate with clients on a regular basis to keep them informed of progress on their home.Key responsibilitiesProvide communication with clients through all means necessary to keep them informed throughout the entire build processEnsure clients are contacted at least once a week for all in office titled jobsProvide clients with fortnightly construction progress updatesLiaise with clients in a professional and positive manner at all timesEnsure all jobs are up to date in our software system and that all communications are loggedCoordinate and book customer appointments and site inspectionsLiaise with Operational and Construction teams to ensure customers are well informed at all times with the correct informationLiaise with relevant Building Surveyor to ensure all certificates are received and approvedAttend weekly department meetings to report on results and action any items as requiredMeet targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) as set out by the Building ManagerSupport the Construction department as requiredQualificationsPrevious experience in a similar role is desirableExperience in the Construction industry is highly regardedExposure to Companion software is advantageousThe ability to work alone and as part of a teamProfessional presentation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage in verbal interaction with clientsStrong work ethic and attention to detailExceptional organisation and time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesBenefitsAdvancement opportunities, working with Victoria's award-winning new home builder company.A dynamic team culture where our people produce excellent results.A supportive workplace culture where great work is recognized and rewarded.Please note, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
