You will be part of the daily service team and play an important role in delivering smooth, efficient service to our guests.Key responsibilities & required abilitiesRunning a restaurant section during service, greeting guests, managing tables and pacing serviceTaking orders accurately and using a POS systemCarrying three plates and clearing plates efficiently during busy serviceUsing a drink tray to deliver multiple beverages to tablesPreparing and serving alcoholic beverages including wine, beer and basic cocktailsMaking basic coffee during service periods (latte art not expected)Opening and closing service areas including full venue setup and pack-downMoving and resetting tables,



chairs and furniture for functions and large bookingsMaintaining clean and organised service stations throughout service (polishing glassware, cutlery, restocking, wiping down sections)Assisting bar, floor or functions team as needed during peak periodsFollowing RSA and service procedures while handling guest enquiries and complaints professionallyWhat we're looking forProven hospitality floor experience in a restaurant, bar or function venueConfident, professional guest interaction and ability to manage tables without supervisionStrong communication and the ability to work efficiently within a team during busy serviceAbility to remain organised, attentive and calm under pressureComfortable being on your feet for long shifts and performing physical tasks such as carrying plates, trays and moving furnitureCurrent Victorian RSA (required)Basic barista skills and milk texturing ability highly regardedAvailabilityFull-time, 38 hours per week.
Wednesday to Sunday roster.Day shifts approx.
11:00am – 3:30pmEvening shifts approx.
