Our client is currently seeking reliable and motivated IGU Machine Operators to join their production team in Rowville.
This role is critical to the safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacture of insulated glass units (IGUs) using a Lisec TPA line.If you're technically minded, quality-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.Available ShiftsPM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pmPay rate $ $46 per hourMust be available to work SaturdaysFlexible finish times & overtime requiredKey ResponsibilitiesOperate the Lisec TPA line in line with SOPs and safety requirementsSet up and adjust machine parameters for varying glass sizes and specificationsMonitor spacer application, alignment, adhesion, sealing, and gas fill qualityConduct regular quality checks and identify defectsHandle glass and IGUs safely to prevent damageEnsure correct curing times and A-frame loading limits are followedMaintain a clean and organised work areaReport faults, downtime, and quality issues accuratelyCommunicate clearly with supervisors, maintenance,
