The Property Associates is seeking an organised, tech‐savvy Holiday Property Manager to oversee our growing portfolio of premium Airbnb and short‐term holiday accommodation across the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
This is a hands‐on role that combines guest experience, owner communication, property inspections and operational management.
Every day is different, making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem‐solving, working independently and delivering exceptional service.About the RoleYou will be responsible for the day‐to‐day management of a portfolio of holiday properties, including:Managing guest communications before, during and after each stayCoordinating cleaners,
