A fast-growing renewable energy company specialising in residential and commercial solar and battery solutions.We work with leading solar and battery brands and are committed to delivering high-quality system design, professional installations, and reliable customer support.From initial customer enquiry through to installation completion and after-sales service, our focus is on quality, compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.We are now looking for a motivated Renewable Energy Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.About the roleIn this role, you will coordinate the end-to-end operational process of solar and battery projects, working closely with Sales, installers, suppliers, customers, and network providers.You will play a key role in ensuring projects progress smoothly from sales handover through to installation, STC rebate processing, grid connection approval, and after-sales support.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with renewable energy experience who enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders, improving processes, and contributing to a growing clean energy business.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate residential and commercial solar and battery projects from sales handover to completionManage project workflows, documentation, and communication between Sales, customers, installers, suppliers,



and internal teamsCoordinate STC rebate claims through platforms such as Green Deal and ensure all required documentation is complete and compliantTrack and follow up grid connection applications with relevant Distribution Network Service Providers (DNSPs)Coordinate installation schedules and monitor project progressEnsure installation documents, compliance certificates, photos, and project records are collected and maintainedSupport the Sales Team with accurate project information and smooth customer handoversManage customer enquiries, service requests, and warranty coordination after installationLiaise with installers, electricians, suppliers, and contractors to resolve operational issuesMaintain project tracking systems and provide regular updates on project statusIdentify opportunities to improve operational processes and customer experienceWhat we are looking forExperience in solar, battery storage, renewable energy, electrical, or related industriesExperience coordinating projects, customers, suppliers, or internal teamsUnderstanding of residential and commercial solar installation processesExperience with STC rebate claims and renewable energy compliance requirementsExperience using Green Deal or similar renewable energy platforms is highly desirableUnderstanding of Australian solar industry processes,



including DNSP grid connection requirementsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA proactive attitude with robust problem-solving abilityIndustry experience of 2+ years is preferred but not essential.Candidates with strong coordination skills, renewable energy knowledge, and the right attitude are encouraged to apply.Why join us?
