We're looking for hardworking people to join our Cold Room Distribution Team.

What's the job?
You'll be part of the team that keeps fresh milk moving, using hooks and crate trolleys to pick and move stock ready for distribution.This isn't your average warehouse job—it'll keep you on your feet all shift!
What you'll be doing
Picking customer orders accurately.
Moving stacks of milk weighing 90kg+.
Using hooks to safely pull crates.
Working in a refrigerated cold room (around 2°C).
Working as part of a supportive team to keep products moving.
We're looking for people who
Enjoy physical, hands-on work.
Hold a current Forklift Licence (highly desirable).
Can handle manual labour and repetitive lifting.




Have good reading, writing and English communication skills.
Are reliable, safety-focused and ready to work.
Have experience in warehouse, distribution or cold storage environments (preferred but not essential).
Choose Your Shift
No rotating rosters here!
Once you're on a shift, that's your shift.
Day Shift: 7:30am – 4:00pm
Afternoon Shift: 3:30pm – Midnight (+15% Shift Loading)
Night Shift: Midnight – 8:30am (+27% Shift Loading)
The Good Stuff
Casual pay rate of $***** - $***** per hour
200% overtime rates
