Whether your experience is with Zünd, Kongsberg, Esko or other CNC/digital cutting systems, we'd love to hear from you.If you enjoy working with technology, take pride in producing exceptional work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the opportunity for you.About the RoleAs our Digital Cutting Operator, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining our digital cutting equipment to produce high-quality finished products across a wide variety of signage and display materials.Working closely with our Prepress, Print and Production teams, you'll ensure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently and on schedule while maintaining exceptional quality standards.Your ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:Loading, setting up and running cutting jobsSelecting and monitoring cutting tools for optimum performanceManaging production workflow to maximise efficiencyPreparing and loading materials accuratelyInspecting finished work to ensure exceptional qualityTroubleshooting machine,



tooling and material issuesPerforming routine machine cleaning and preventative maintenanceWorking collaboratively with the Prepress and Production teamsMaintaining a clean, organised and safe work environmentRecording production time accurately for job costingAbout YouTo be successful in this role you'll ideally have:Experience within the signage, print or manufacturing industryStrong mechanical aptitudeExcellent attention to detailThe ability to read and interpret production specificationsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsA proactive attitude and willingness to learnThe ability to prioritise work and meet production deadlinesA commitment to workplace safetyExperience with Zünd Cut Centre (ZCC) is highly regarded but not essential.
