and creation of reportsFault finding and breakdownsInstallation of split system cablingSkills and experience required for the position:Experience in residential building and maintenance is a prerequisite for this roleExperience in electrical safety checks and smoke detector checksYou must be able to work on your own, to a high quality of workYou need the ability to demonstrate problem-solving skillsYou need a great work ethic and a hardworking mindsetYou will need to be punctual and have the ability to liaise with clientsYou will need to demonstrate and have excellent communication skillsWhat the right applicant will receive:Competitive hourly rate, plus super and allowancesPenalty rates for O/T hours14 RDO's (1 per month, Birthday, Christmas Eve)Car, power tools and phoneTrainingQualifications required for the position:The successful applicant must hold a current Victorian A-grade licenseOHS General Construction Induction Card (White Card)What you will need for the job:Drivers licenseHand tools
