First Choice Care is seeking passionate Registered Nurses to work as Clinical Facilitators, supporting nursing students during their clinical placements across Melbourne and Greater Victoria.As a Clinical Facilitator, you'll guide students through real-world clinical practice, helping build their skills, confidence, and clinical judgement.
About you
Minimum 5 years' clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
Unrestricted AHPRA registration
Bachelor of Nursing
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Completion of (or willingness to complete) the Clinical Facilitation short course
Cert IV in Training & Assessment, postgraduate study, or teaching experience highly regarded
A genuine passion for mentoring and supporting the next generation of nurses
Reliable, skilled, and adaptable across different clinical settings
