Previous experience as a plant manager in the concrete industry is highly regardedFront-end loader experience is desirableA strong work ethic and commitment to safetyAbility to work in a team and communicate effectivelyFlexibility to adapt to the demands of a energetic plant environmentAustralian permanent residency or citizenship is required for this position
