We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Business Development Manager to join our Property Management team.This is an opportunity to focus on what you do best – building relationships, generating new managements, and growing our rent roll.You will be supported by an experienced Property Management team, allowing you to concentrate on winning new business and delivering an exceptional client experience.Your responsibilities will include:Generating new Property Management business through prospecting and networkingBuilding and maintaining solid relationships with landlords, investors and referral partnersConducting rental appraisals and presenting our management servicesFollowing up sales leads and investor enquiriesWorking closely with our Sales, Commercial and Property Management teams to maximise referral opportunitiesAchieving growth targets while maintaining exceptional customer serviceWe use the latest IT systems to ensure an efficient and seamless workflow, including:Agent BoxPropertyMeWe have proven systems, strong brand recognition and an experienced support team, allowing you to focus on growing the business.Our team environment is collaborative, energetic and supportive.The Candidate:We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Manager who enjoys building relationships and delivering outstanding service.You will be confident,
