This is a full-time chance to join a dealership backed by robust leadership, steady momentum and the strength of the iconic Toyota brand.Whether you're experienced in automotive sales or new to the industry, if you have the right mindset, we'll support you with training, mentoring, and a clear pathway for growth.About the RoleAs a Sales Consultant of new and used vehicles, you'll guide customers through every step of their vehicle purchase journey - from initial enquiry to test drive, finance, delivery and follow-up.You'll use your people skills and product knowledge to help customers find the right vehicle while delivering a smooth, professional experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting customers through the full sales process in line with Toyota's valuesBuilding rapport and trust with every customer - from first enquiry to final handoverAccurately managing all required documentation and data entryMeeting individual and team sales targetsLiaising with internal departments (e.g. finance, pre-delivery, service)
