About the role

Lucid Software is seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Representative to join our APAC team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our growth in the region, collaborating closely with Account Executives to identify and engage key accounts. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your sales skills in a energetic setting.

What you'll do
Work alongside Account Executives to strategically plan territories and pursue significant accounts.
Implement a multi-channel outreach strategy, including cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn engagement to generate interest.
Gain in-depth knowledge of the Lucid platform to address real business challenges faced by IT, Operations, and Engineering leaders.
Participate in the sales cycle by assisting with discovery calls and presentations,



eventually leading and closing your own transactions.
Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo to effectively manage your sales pipeline.
Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements
6 to 12 months of experience in sales or a customer-facing role with a demonstrated ability to meet targets.
Robust communication skills, capable of crafting engaging messages and conversing with C-suite executives.
A willingness to learn and grow, with a mindset open to feedback.
Organizational skills, adaptability, and a drive to succeed.

Nice to have
Experience in SaaS or technology sectors.
A history of exceeding sales quotas and generating quality leads.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience demonstrating project completion.

Practical notes This position requires a hybrid work model, with in-office attendance at our Melbourne office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
