We own and manage farms, factories, and distribution channels, ensuring complete control over the essential aspects of bringing livestock from paddock to plate.We are currently seeking MC Milk Tanker Drivers to join our transport team in Warrnambool, Victoria.MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Demonstrated competence in operating heavy vehicles, with a strong focus on safetyProven ability to work independently without supervisionPerform all tasks safely, efficiently, and accurately, in alignment with client requirements and Midfield's scope of work and quality standardsPlan, execute and complete work on schedule while maintaining a safe working environmentProvide timely, professional and courteous responses to internal and external client requestsSubmit accurate and punctual timesheetsIdentify and suggest continuous improvement opportunities that add value to Midfield's operationsAdhere to QA systems and procedures,



ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and within deadlinesParticipate actively and contribute in relevant meetingsUndertake additional duties or projects aligned with your skills and experience, both in workshops and on-site as requiredUphold a professional image in accordance with Midfield's standards at all timesConsistently act in line with Midfield's Values, Policies, Procedures and the Midfield Group Code of ConductBe able to work a rotating roster pattern of 5 on 3 off Day shift, 5 on 3 off NightshiftSKILLS & EXPERIENCES:MC LicenseCurrent Australian Driver's LicenseMinimum of 2 years' experience in workshop and site-based maintenanceTanker experience preferred but not essential as training will be providedStrong customer service and communication skillsMust have the right to work in AustraliaWHY JOIN US?
