Due to recent growth, they are now seeking an experienced administration/customer service personto join their team in Laverton North.Days/hours required:Monday to Friday1:30pm - 9:30pmMust be flexible to support OT if requiredAbout the role:This role is customer support for stores our client delivers to and duties will include the following:Check and process invoices, purchase orders, expense claims and other financial documentsMaintaining filing systems for records, correspondence, reports and documentsAnswer phone calls, respond to emails and routed incoming mailProvide general office support such as photo copying,



faxing and scanning documentsProcess customer orders in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy of all data and entered into systemCreate spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel to track inventory levels, sales figures and other data pointsResolve customer inquiries or complaints in a qualified manner both over the phone or through email communicationUpdate databases with new customer information or changes to existing accountsPrepare invoices for customers information or changes to existing accountsPrepare invoices for customers based on their purchase to existing accountsEnsure that all company policies are followed when dealing with customer vendorsRequirements:Excellent communication skillsLogistics experienceMulti taskerTeam playerHigh attention to detailSupply chain knowledgeExperience on MicrosoftReliable and punctualA positive attitude and strong work ethicThis role is to commence ASAP.
