Our goal is to be CO 2 neutral by ****.Vossloh employees bring its values of excellence and teamwork to life every day, ensuring the world is transported with confidence.The opportunityReporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role is offered as a 12-month fixed term contract and will play a key role in preparing quotations and tenders, processing customer orders and coordinating with internal teams to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.As an onsite role each day, you will work closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Production and Procurement teams while building strong relationships with customers across a range of rail infrastructure projects.Key responsibilitiesPrepare and coordinate quotations and tender submissionsReview customer specifications, drawings and scope requirementsLiaise with Supply Chain, Engineering and Production regarding pricing,



lead times and delivery capabilityProcess and manage customer sales orders within company systemsMonitor order progress and support on-time delivery outcomesCommunicate professionally with customers regarding quotations, orders and project updatesMaintain accurate records within ERP/CRM systemsSupport continuous improvement initiatives across customer service and quotation processesPrepare reports relating to customer orders, sales activity and delivery performanceAbout youYou are highly organised, detail-oriented and enjoy working collaboratively across multiple teams.
