Our people come from many different cultures and backgrounds and have skills ranging from farming and quality control to engineering and poultry processing.About the RoleWe are seeking a Project Engineer to support the delivery of capital and operational projects across our manufacturing and processing operations.This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from concept and feasibility through to design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.You will work closely with operations, maintenance and external stakeholders to deliver practical, safe and fit-for-purpose engineering solutions aligned to business objectives and site strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end to end delivery of capital and operational projectsDevelop project scopes, cost estimates and project schedulesCoordinate internal teams,



contractors and suppliersMonitor project progress and implement corrective actions where requiredEnsure successful commissioning and handover to operationsConduct risk assessments including HAZOP and SWMSEnsure compliance with WHS, environmental and food safety standardsManage project budgets, forecasts and cost controlSupport capital approval processes and business case developmentOversee contractor performance and on-site installation activitiesProvide explicit reporting and communication to stakeholdersDisclaimer: The duties and responsibilities outlined above are not exhaustive and may change from time to time based on business needs.
