A1 Motorcycles is a long established multi franchise dealer, selling Honda, Suzuki, CF Moto & Royal Enfield.
We also sell a large range of used motorcycles, parts and accessories.
As part of our recent growth, A1 is now recruiting foran experiencedSpare Parts Interpreter.
Motorcycle experience not necessary, but a passion for all things motorcycle is a benefit.

Full time position 9 - 5:30 weekdays inc Sat 9-3, with an RDO during the week

Responsibilities include:
Identify and promote parts and accessories which complement the customer's requirements.
Develop and share specialist knowledge of all genuine parts and accessories including an understanding of the electronic parts catalogue.
Provide excellent customer service and advice.
Support our busy workshop and sales staff with parts as required.
Liaise with suppliers to address queries and part pricing and quality.
The successful applicant:
Mechanical aptitude - you will develop specialist knowledge of all genuine parts and accessories
Attention to detail - you love numbers and are detailed orientated in everything you do.
Computer skills - you will develop an expert understanding of our DMS and electronic parts catalogues, as well as our supplier's systems.
Initiative - we want people who want to develop themselves and take ownership of their role.
Self-motivated - we want someone who can think on their feet and isn't afraid to get stuck in and help other areas of the business when required.
A customer focused approach with excellent follow up
