Tasty One is a leading Australian food manufacturer operating a modern production facility in Melbourne's west. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance & Electrical Breakdown Specialist to minimise downtime and improve equipment reliability across our manufacturing operations.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex problems in a fast-paced production environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Responding to electrical and mechanical breakdowns
Diagnosing faults on production and packaging equipment
Performing preventative and corrective maintenance
PLC fault finding and troubleshooting
Working on motors, conveyors, pumps, pneumatics and automated equipment
Installing and commissioning new machinery
Maintaining accurate maintenance records




Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently

About You

To be successful you will have:
Victorian Grade D (A-Grade) Electrical Licence
Strong industrial maintenance experience
Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing or industrial production
Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
PLC troubleshooting experience
Strong mechanical aptitude
A proactive approach and commitment to safety

Highly Regarded
Experience with VSDs
Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Food processing or packaging equipment
Preventative maintenance systems (CMMS)
