We are seeking experienced professionals with a track record of delivering data centre projects and an understanding of the complexities of hyperscale and enterprise-grade environments.
This is a career-defining opportunity to contribute to a complex, high-value project and play a key role in its successful delivery through construction, commissioning and handover.About the role You will oversee day-to-day in office construction activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.What you'll be responsible for:Supervising and coordinating day-to-day site activitiesLeading subcontractors, trades, and labour hire teamsEnsuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirementsCoordinating materials, equipment, and site logisticsLiaising with Project Managers, Engineers, and key stakeholdersConducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety meetingsMaintaining site records, reports,



and documentationWhat you'll bring:Trade qualification in Building/Construction or equivalent industry experienceRelevant licences/tickets (e.g. EWP, Working at Heights) highly regardedProven experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor, or similar roleStrong knowledge of construction methods, site operations, and WHS requirementsWell-developed leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesWe particularly welcome and encourage applications from Indigenous Peoples, women, the LGBTQIA+ community, mature workers, Veterans and Active Defence Reserve members, people with disabilities and people from different cultural backgrounds.
