It first opened its doors across the road as Hotel Britannia.
Once that pub went up in flames, the Morrison you know today was built.The Morrison is a legendary, high-volume steakhouse, famed for Brisbane's best steaks!
A day in the life of a Head Chef:Command the kitchen like it's your own, keeping it running smooth, safe, and profitableBe a key part of the leadership crew, working closely with the Publican and FOH teamShare your passion, skills, and creativity to grow a high-performing kitchen teamKeep the connection between the kitchen and front of house flowing with good vibes and excellent food every shiftInherent requirements:This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
