As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations, managing our sales team, and ensuring we consistently exceed customer expectations and sales targets.
This role is pivotal to our continued success and offers real scope for strategic impact and professional development.Key responsibilitiesLead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, training and motivation to achieve sales targets and maintain high performance standardsDevelop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansionOversee the entire sales process, from customer enquiries through to vehicle delivery and after‐sales follow‐upSet and monitor individual and team sales targets, reviewing performance regularly and taking corrective action where necessaryBuild and maintain solid relationships with customers,
