In this hand-on role, you'll be responsible for safe and efficient bogging, truck loading, and backfilling to help achieve our production and development goals.We're seeking experienced and safety-focused operators who thrive in a team environment and are ready to take the next step in their mining career.

Sydney or MelbourneQualifications and experienceMinimum 12 months of experience as a Bogger Operator in an underground mining environmentStrong underground equipment operation skills – particularly with boggers/loaders (manual/remote)Time management and reliability – ability to meet production targets while maintaining quality and safetyProven experience in truck loading, backfilling, and general underground operationsAt Aurelia Metals, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
