As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of diesel and gas‐powered generators ranging from small portable units to large industrial sets.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, service, and maintain power generators in line with manufacturer and industry standardsDiagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in generator systemsCarry out scheduled preventative maintenance and inspectionsAssist with load testing and commissioning of new equipmentMaintain accurate service records and documentationEnsure compliance with all health and safety policies on siteRequirementsProven experience as a Fitter or Technician working with power generatorsStrong mechanical and basic electrical knowledgeAbility to read technical drawings and manualsRelevant trade qualifications or certifications (e.g., Mechanical Fitter, Diesel Mechanic)Valid driver's license and ability to travel to site locationsStrong attention to detail and a safety-first mindsetDesirable (Not Essential)Experience with load banks and generator control panelsElectrical license or additional certifications (e.g., confined space, working at heights)Familiarity with major generator brands (e.g., Cummins, Perkins, CAT, FG Wilson)What We OfferCompetitive pay and overtime opportunitiesSupportive work environment with a robust safety cultureTraining and development opportunitiesVehicle and tools provided (if applicable)
