This is a pivotal role within our organisation, where you will take responsibility for providing expert legal and migration advice to a diverse client base.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality representation and support throughout their migration journey.
This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives whilst contributing to the success and reputation of Royal International Migration Consultants.Key responsibilitiesProviding comprehensive legal advice on Australian migration matters, including visa applications, sponsorships and compliance issuesPreparing and lodging visa applications and supporting documentation on behalf of clientsRepresenting clients before the Department of Home Affairs and in migration-related disputesConducting detailed case assessments and developing strategic migration plans tailored to individual client circumstancesDrafting legal documents, correspondence and submissions in accordance with migration legislation and regulationsMaintaining thorough client files and ensuring compliance with skilled obligations and record-keeping requirementsLiaising with government agencies,



employers and other stakeholders on behalf of clientsStaying current with changes to migration law and keeping clients informed of relevant legislative updatesProviding accurate advice on visa options, eligibility requirements and potential pathways for clientsManaging caseloads effectively whilst maintaining high service standards and client satisfactionWhat we're looking forCurrent registration with the (OMARA) and must have at least 2 years of experience in similar position.A tertiary qualification in law or migration studies, with demonstrated expertise in Australian migration lawProven experience as a Migration Lawyer or Registered Migration Agent with a strong track record of successful case outcomesThorough knowledge of the Migration Act ****, associated regulations and policy guidelinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clientsStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously whilst meeting strict deadlinesAttention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all legal documentation and submissionsProfessional integrity and adherence to the Code of Conduct for Migration AgentsClient-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationshipsProficiency in using legal practice management software and case management systemsApplicants must have good English communication skills.
