About the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on and motivated Centre Manager to take charge of the day-to-day operations and performance of a select group of shopping centres.
This role requires a well-rounded property qualified with solid experience in all facets of retail centre management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage operational and financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, CAPEX, and reportingOversee lease administration, tenant billing, arrears management, and debt recoveryCollaborate on leasing and strategic planning, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and add valueBuild and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors,



and community stakeholdersEnsure centres are maintained to a high standard through regular inspections and risk mitigationLead and develop your centre management team, providing coaching and supportSkills and experience required for this roleMinimum 5 years' experience in shopping centre managementStrong financial acumen, operational expertise, and leadership capabilitiesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsSelf-driven, results-oriented, and highly proactiveA community-focused mindset with a collaborative approachManage a portfolio of shopping centresDirect employment with the landlordSupportive team | Career Development Opportunities
