We offer the best of the best in adventure experiences with numerous locations throughout Australia and New Zealand.As a business, we empower our employees to do what they do best – deliver extraordinary experiences.Treetops Adventure Parks is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team and oversee construction, development and asset improvement projects across our national network.With 16 operating parks across Australia and an exciting pipeline of new developments and upgrades, this role will play an important part in delivering safe, high-quality projects that support the continued growth of Treetops Adventure Parks.This is a hands-on leadership role for a construction professional who enjoys being close to the work — supporting teams on site, solving problems, working with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring projects and maintenance activities are delivered safely and to a high standard.Working within a small specialist team, you will help shape how Construction & Development operates as we continue to grow.About the roleReporting to the General Manager, the Construction Manager will be responsible for leading construction and asset-related activities across Treetops Adventure Parks.Key responsibilities include:Lead and support a small specialist construction and development teamProvide hands-on construction expertise across new developments, upgrades and maintenance activitiesWork closely with contractors, suppliers and internal teams to deliver safe and practical outcomesAttend sites regularly to support construction activities, resolve issues and maintain quality standardsReview construction requirements, provide technical input and assist with practical problem solvingSupport planning and delivery of capital works and asset improvement initiativesAssist with contractor management,



procurement decisions and commercial outcomesSupport consistent construction standards, processes and ways of working across the national networkEnsure construction activities are delivered in accordance with safety, quality and compliance requirementsAbout youYou are an experienced construction professional who combines strong practical knowledge with the ability to lead people and influence outcomes.You will bring:A strong construction background with hands‐on experience in building, civil, infrastructure, maintenance or similar environmentsExperience managing contractors, suppliers and construction activitiesThe ability to understand technical information, identify issues and provide practical solutionsExperience leading small teams and working across multiple locationsStrong safety awareness and a commitment to delivering quality outcomesGood commercial judgement and the ability to manage competing prioritiesA trade background (such as carpentry, building, rigging, fabrication or similar) will be highly regarded, particularly where combined with leadership experience.Experience working in adventure tourism, theme parks, outdoor infrastructure, recreation facilities or other safety‐critical environments will be advantageous, but is not essential.This is an chance to join a growing ASX‐listed Australian adventure tourism business and make a visible impact across a national network.You will have the opportunity to:Apply your construction expertise in a role that combines technical knowledge, leadership and practical problem solvingHelp build capability, systems and standards within a growing functionWork with a passionate team delivering memorable experiences for customers and communitiesThe role involves regular travel to Treetops Adventure Parks locations nationally.A remuneration package including performance‐based incentive opportunity will be offered, commensurate with experience and capability.If you are a construction qualified who enjoys being hands‐on, solving problems and seeing the results of your work, we would love to hear from you.
