The business is committed to maintaining high operational standards and ensuring that its products and services meet customer expectations.ECRE Coffee is looking for a Production Manager (Manufacturing) who can plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate the production activities of the business, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and the smooth operation of its production processes.Tasks and Dutiesdetermining, implementing and monitoring production strategies, policies and plansplanning details of production activities in terms of output quality and quantity, cost, time available and labour requirementscontrolling the operation of production plant and quality procedures through planning of maintenance,



designation of operating hours and supply of parts and toolsmonitoring production output and costs, and adjusting processes and resources to minimise costsinforming other Managers about production mattersoverseeing the acquisition and installation of current plant and equipmentdirecting research into production methods, and recommending and implementing initiativescontrolling the preparation of production records and reportscoordinating the implementation of occupational health and safety requirementsdirecting staff activities and monitoring their performanceTasks and ResponsibilitiesMost occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualificationAt least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualificationIn some instances, relevant experience and/or on the job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1)Physical capabilities and ability to work around heavy materialsNeed to be proficient with hand power tools relevant to the tradeRegistration or licensing is requiredExpected salary: $100,000- $120,000 per yearAustralian Citizens and Permanent residents encouraged to apply.
