Design & Build Recruitment – Melbourne VICPermanent Full-TimeAn exciting opportunity has opened for anIntermediate Estimatorto join a growing construction business with a strong pipeline of work and an ambitious plan to expand into new sectors.This is a great opportunity for an estimator with4+years' experience, particularly someone who has built their career aroundretail constructionand is ready to take greater ownership of tenders from start to finish.The business has a strong reputation across the retail sector and is continuing to grow, with a current pipeline of approximately$200Mand around12 live projectsunderway.The RoleReporting into the Estimating Manager and working as part of an established estimating team, you'll be involved in pricing a wide range of projects, with the prospect to take ownership of your own tenders.You'll have the opportunity to work on projects ranging from approximately$5M to $50M, with a number of upcoming projects sitting around the$20M mark.Your BackgroundWe're specifically looking for an estimator with:4+ years' estimating experience within commercial construction.Strong experience acrossretail construction.Experience estimating projects such as:Large-format retailBig-box retailSupermarketsShopping centresRetail rolloutsLarge commercial fit-outsStrong understanding of the construction process acrossarchitectural, structural, civil and services packages.Experience taking tendersfrom start to finish,
