Experience in Medical administration (previous physiotherapy clinic experience is helpful but not a must)

Duties and Responsibilities
Being the first point of contact to welcome our clients
Client bookings & chatting over the phone
General Administration & computer Skills
Assisting practitioners and other team members with the daily running of the clinic
Assisting your senior Administrator with extra projects
Assisting in organising events and social calendar
Assist with marketing & graphic design
We'll help you with the rest!
Part Time or Casual Administration
Must be available to work Monday- Friday shifts (with possibility of a rotating Saturday roster)
To commence around 15hrs/week
Remuneration in accordance with Health Professionals & Support Services Award
