ExperienceTo join our community and thrive in this role, you will likely have the following skills and experience:A qualification in agriculture, soil science, environmental science, education or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.Experience planning, coordinating and delivering education, training, extension or industry engagement activities.Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with growers, consultants, industry groups, government agencies and research organisations.Experience developing or adapting learning, education or extension resources informed by stakeholder needs and regional priorities.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and contribute effectively within multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams.Well-developed communication, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement and evidence-based practice.Our commitment to inclusion and diversityWe are committed to fostering a culture of inclusion where diversity is celebrated and everyone feels respected and valued.
