Genus Infrastructure Victoria is a leading electrical contractor specialising in the installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead powerlines and underground electricity distribution networks.Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Overhead Line Supervisor to join our Victorian operations based at our Dandenong South depot.In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for supervising field crews to safely deliver high-quality construction, maintenance, and repair works across overhead and underground electricity distribution networks.You will drive the protected, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of services while ensuring compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and client requirements.Working closely with operational teams, you will provide strong leadership, mentor and support field personnel, and contribute to the continuous improvement of work practices and processes.
