We are currently seeking a motivated and technically-minded Sales Representative to join the team, specialising in laser cutting and sheet metal machinery. This is a hands-on, customer-facing sales role that combines both in-branch and field-based sales.

About the Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales in the laser and sheet metal machinery category. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Face-to-face sales visits with existing and prospective clients
Handling incoming sales enquiries and providing product advice
Preparing and following up on quotes
Recommending the right sheet metal machines to meet customer needs
Building strong, ongoing customer relationships




Delivering technical sales support and after-sales service

This is an exciting chance for someone with a background in fabrication, sheet metal, or industrial equipment sales to apply their technical know-how in a sales environment.

TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
Trade or Engineering qualifications OR
Metal laser cutting knowledge
Sheet metal machinery knowledge
Solid communication and customer service skills
Experience in technical sales or internal sales within manufacturing, machinery, Ideal
Knowledge of sheet metal or laser cutting equipment is highly desirable
Ability to understand and advise on technical products
