Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be a key strategic partner to operational and executive stakeholders, helping to drive informed decision-making.
This is a highly visible role where you will bridge finance and operations-supporting investment decisions, funding allocations, and long-term planning in a rapidly evolving sector.

Description
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across multiple programs and developments
Partner with Development, Asset Management, and Operations teams to evaluate recent projects and funding initiatives
Deliver clear and insightful financial analysis, modelling, and scenario planning
Support government funding submissions and reporting requirements
Monitor performance against strategic targets, providing actionable insights to senior leadership
Develop and enhance financial models to reflect portfolio expansion and evolving funding structures
Drive continuous improvement in FP&A; processes, systems, and reporting frameworks
Profile
CA/CPA qualified with robust FP&A; or commercial finance experience
Proven ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders and influence decision-making
Advanced financial modelling skills (Excel essential; Power BI highly regarded)
Experience in NFP or government-funded environments is advantageous (but not essential)
A proactive mindset with the ability to operate in a growth and transformation setting
Passion for contributing to social impact and community outcomes
