The RoleThis is a challenging and vital role responsible for comprehensive financial accounting, reporting, and compliance functions across the organization and its group companies.
You will take full ownership of complex multi-entity accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and statutory compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end month-end financial close processes for all entities
Preparing and lodging all statutory submissions including BAS, payroll taxes, and excise duties
Reconciling key accounts, bank statements, and intercompany transactions
Overseeing treasury functions such as payments, FX deals, and overseas transactions
Administering trade advances, managing loan and line fee provisions
Preparing management and board reports with detailed financial insights
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless invoicing and provisions entry




Maintaining accurate records to support audit readiness and compliance standards
The AccountantThis role requires a candidate with strong technical accounting skills and a proven ability to independently manage multi-entity finance functions.
The ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline
CA/CPA qualification or working towards it
3–5 years of experience in multi-entity accounting environments
Proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP systems and CBA banking platforms
Demonstrated experience with FX transactions, intercompany, and statutory lodgements
Excellent attention to detail and support for audit processes
Adaptability to change and proactive problem-solving skills
Foreign language skills, while not required, will be well regarded
