For a trades experienced Workshop Manager, Foreman or workshop supervisor interested in leading a team of skilled electric motor winders torewind, repair, and refurbishment of a vast array of electric motors, gearboxes, compressors AC and DC.Requires a trades background in electronics or mechanics$depends on experienceSouth East Suburbs of MelbourneA normal day:As a Workshop Manager, you'll be the 2IC to the director, with a clear pathway to grow into a director role.
You'll lead a dedicated team of 8 electric motor winders, overseeing all aspects of your workshop operations.
Your days will be filled with variety, from hands‐on troubleshooting and technical guidance to customer interactions and team leadership.Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Team Management: Inspire and manage a skilled team of electric winders, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing estimates, feedback, and ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction.Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot, rewind, repair, and refurbish a wide range of electric motors,
