This will be a fast-paced role that requires dedication and determination to achieve success.Seed Heritage is looking for an experienced hands-on manager who is across all aspects of our retail business.
From stocktake to sales reporting you will lead our teams by example and take our Victorian state to the next level.As an Assistant State Manager, you will have strong people leadership skills with a results-driven mindset.
A strong retail management background including multi-site management, an understanding of concession business in conjunction with your ability to implement change, will enable you to drive our profitable business to its next level.Seeking an operational leader who thrives in a energetic environment, looking after 60 sites across Victoria, you will hit the ground running and bring a passionate, vibrant energy to the role.
Build your career within Brandbank Group and your future opportunities will be endless.ABOUT THE ROLE:Accountability for the sales, wages and shrinkage targets for thestateHands on approach in daily operations and reporting functions alongside the State ManageWorking alongside the VM team in order to implement and maintain VM GuidelinesSupervision and nurturing of Seed Heritage staff.
Providing guidance and training in rostering shrinkage and budgetsHR Management, recruitment, staff performance and wage controlEffectively manage stock across all stores to maximize sales opportunitiesCommunicating and implementing business initiatives from Head Office across all storesFollowing up on administration from Head Office and In StoreTO BE SUCCESSFUL,



YOU WILL HAVE:Minimum 5 years' multi-site management experience with a fashion apparel retailer – an understanding of concession business is highly regardedSuccessful sales track records and the ability to measure and drive KPI'sExceptional focus on driving expert customer service within your stateDemonstrated experience in stock control and managementExcellent written, interpersonal and verbal communication skillsAbility to lead our brand by example and manage teamsPossess good time management andorganisational skillsBe a results driven leader who is skilled in reportingWHY JOIN THE SEED HERITAGE TEAM?
